Developmental Disabilities in North Dakota: The Year 2009 Report is a study of the structure, financing and quality assurance of residential and community services.  The executive summary can be viewed and printed from this website. Researched and written by Dr. David Braddock of the University of Colorado, the full report is available in print and on CD-Rom. The cost is $15 per copy for non-members.  Members may request a copy free of charge

Nursing Home Study

Dr. David Braddock and Mary Kay Rizzolo conclude in a recent study that a state’s political culture determines the prevalence of the use of institutions and nursing homes in the care of persons with developmental disabilities.
